Your hips should not be lower than your knees. This will give a perfect upright position and will give your abdomen a nice balance. Sway your body backward and frontward which will release some stress on your joints. Move your hand at wrist joints that will clear the tiredness from using the keyboards.

You must remember that you are your own boss when you work at home. Effective boss’s also takes care of their worker’s health. So take care of your precious self by doing some simple yoga exercises while working.
