The psychic ability of remote viewing is the ability to view people, objects or places that can not be seen with the normal humans five senses that we all possess. Imagine having the capacity to be able to use your innate psychic ability to simply ’see’ that your children are okay even if they’re away from your family. It’s simply priceless that you can use remote viewing to attain the security and peace of mind you’ll get by being able to ‘check in’ with your family members in this way.

The difference of remote viewing to other psychic abilities is that anyone can learn to do it. Study results show that many individuals who were non-psychic have learned this ability. Start by viewing yourself at a place in front of you, looking at yourself in your relaxed state from the back. As if looking in a mirror. It may be difficult at first, but allow your mind to view yourself from the opposite perspective and be patient. When your able to see yourself in that perspective, as others see you. You will be in for a big surprise.

5. Once you have mastered the needed mental control to remotely view yourself, project your remote view eye a wider distance. Observe a place you are familiar with. Maybe a family members or parents home will do during the training of your mind. Look for things out of place, small things. Like a magazine on a table or dishes in the kitchen sink. When you have the opportunity, call and confirm what you have seen. This reinforcement is important. It shows you what your mind is really cable of achieving.

You can amend these remote viewing training exercises and include two people instead of just yourself so that results and feedback will come to you much more quickly. Instead of viewing people or places you want to see, simply have a friend sit in another room, out of your line of sight, and repeat a simple movement like pulling his or her hair or waving a hand. When you do your remote viewing exercises, try to see what your friend is doing and then compare notes after the exercise to see what the results were.

Once you’ve spent some time practicing these training techniques in remote viewing, you probably find it is much quicker and easier to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. The state you achieve when you do remote viewing is very much like the trancelike state people achieve when they’re under hypnosis. Even though they’re still wide awake, their bodies are relaxed and they can access their subconscious minds much more easily.

We can much more easily access our psychic abilities of our subconscious minds, so the more you practice these techniques in remote viewing training, the more expert you’ll become.

Sports is an activity most people usually take part in some way or another. They usually undertake it to be sure that they get some sort of physical exercise. For some people it is a very serious matter, with some people even doing it to earn their money. What people don’t realize is that being athletic helps in sports, but the mind also plays a big role. So in this article we are going to look at how the mind impacts sports.

The most obvious example which shows the importance of the mind in sports is when you are watching athletes perform in professional sports. You will notice that although most of the athletes look similar physically, some are better than others. And the main reason is some have minds that are stronger then others. You can observe it when you see great athletes fumble when they are under pressure. That is because their mind has not been trained to its full potential. As a sports psychologist Del Mar working with athletes has helped me see how true that is.

Now working in the sports pyschology field has also allowed me to see how the mind can derail good athletes. These are the athletes that usually have it all but family matters can cause them to fail under pressure. That is when many families call my family counselor practice to help them excel. That is when I notice with my very eyes how working with the mind can improve their lot in life.

A lot of times I also see athletes failing because they can’t get a hold of their anger. This anger causes them to not perform as well during contests. A lot of times just being able to address them in my anger management counseling practice has helped them. By reining in their anger they can pretty much enjoy success.

So the major factor to consider is that the mind will also take a major role in your success in sports. If you really want to be good in sports then you also have to determine for yourself to train your mind.
